CRA Ministries Malawi has ‘6’ CRA-Christ Redeemed Assembly churches that have been planted in Malawi, with 1 more in process for January, 2025. Pastor Wellings and Margret have been extremely busy with the physical building of the churches, mentoring pastors, evangelizing and growing the body of Christ. Within the year 2024, “BY FAITH and God’s grace” God solidified the CRA bodies there and ‘in addition’ CRA Ministries, Int’l has been able to build the CRA Lilongwe, Malawi Headquarters church and a small kids room/storage room; roof the CRA Dwangwa church building; buy a very good piece of land in Kasungu to build a church on; as well as provide Bibles and ministry tools for the pastors to use…supplying the Truth of God’s Word within the Country of Malawi, and feeding many this year with tangible food. This is due to God’s faithfulness ‘AND’ YOUR financial giving to God’s work! We pray you are blessed and encouraged as you see and learn more about the ‘good seed placed in the fertile ground’ in Malawi, AFRICA!
Kasungu, Pastor Eneyah & Elube Kamkudzi … is where CRA Malawi was birthed! Thanks be to God, as of October 17, 2024, we have purchased land, and the shelter for church function is now in place. They received a portable sound system in October from CRA to help them share more effectively the Gospel message. We look forward to 2025 and the progress of a building for them.

Dwangwa, Pastor Griffin & Ruth Msada … CRA Malawi’s first church to have its own land and construct a permanent (walls only) church building in 2021-2022. Monies were raised after the CRA Team were there in June; and September 2024, this structure was finally roofed! What a miracle, we truly give ALL GLORY to GOD! In addition, CRA has gotten the pastor’s home ‘prepared for’ electricity hook-up. (Awaiting hook-up from power co.) The CRA Dwangwa congregation are rejoicing and celebrating the Goodness and Faithfulness of God!
Nsanje, Pastor Peter & Nyalayi Matchaya … Nsanje is a boundary district of Malawi and borders Mozambique. Nsanje members have given and have purchased CRA land for their permanent location. They are operating under a temporary outdoor shelter which will serve as their meeting place while monies are being raised for a church building. They too received a portable sound system in October to enhance and help them to proclaim more clearly the Gospel message.
Lilongwe, the Capital City of Malawi, the fourth church plant and CRA’s foundational church…CRA Malawi headquarters with Pastors Wellings & Margret Chirwa. “A special thanks to those of you with your sacrificial giving to CRA and CRA Malawi, we have built on this great piece of land, [395 ft by 280 ft] a good location for the Malawi Ministries Headquarters Church.”
Lilongwe Area 46, Pastor Shadreck & Esther Chirwa, strong pastors, meet in an independent classroom. They received a portable sound system in October to help them further the Gospel message, and will use it as Pastor Shadreck is sent to minister in various locations.
Ntcheu CRA Church will be birthed January 1, 2025 under the leadership of Pastor Danford & Jean Chakuwala.
CRA’s OMEGA School of Ministry which was birthed in Kasungu in 2021 and relocated to the Lilongwe area. This enables groups of pastors/adult students an opportunity of learning and equipping for teaching from the Word of God. The pastors, men and women are truly HUNGRY for the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
June 14-16, 2024… the ‘Prepare Yourself and Rise’ Crusade Outreach was held. The CRA Team consisted of: Jeannie Daly (CRA Pastor/Int’l Dir.), Gil Sampaia (CRA Board Member), Cindy Waldner (CRA Admin./FB Graphics), Gregg & Kay Grudem (CRA Members). We were honored to be part of leading many Malawian people to Christ, praying and seeing them receive their physical healings, yes…there were even those who as Jesus commanded in Mark 16:17-18 “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18b) they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” ALL Glory to God!!! On Sunday the 16th, 9 men and women of God were Ordained into the work of the LORD. The CRA Malawi Headquarters new church was dedicated! In addition, later in the week, CRA Ministries, Int’l ministered in Dwangwa and Kasungu where the same manifestations of the Power of God took place and many, many people were set free and transformed by the Power of God!
October 3-15, 2024 … Malawi trip #2 happened, with this CRA Team consisting of Jeannie Daly (CRA Pastor/Int’l Dir.), Gil Sampaia (CRA Board Member), Cindy Waldner (CRA Admin./FB Graphics), where there were three church services conducted –we praise God for the lives changed by the Gospel Message of Christ!!! A 3-day “Equipping For-Your CALLING” CRA Pastors Training Conference, was also held … and the pastors and wives fully absorbed, learning new (to them) revelation from God’s Word, enabling them to become more effective under the power of the Holy Spirit, as well as a session on the ministry of sound. It was a ‘Long’ but MOST Fruitful Time! They have not had the luxury of ministry schooling – so this was an intense 3-day training conference…all the while the Holy Spirit gently – yet so powerfully interrupted our Friday and Saturday afternoon sessions with moving by HIS Spirit – in supernatural ways. Certainly…we let HIM have HIS way!
