Much is Taking Place, Unlike What You See on TV!

This morning began with another caller saying, “When I didn’t think things could get worse, they have!” It was then followed by telling of one thing after the other that’s taken place bringing additional frustration into life. I was sympathetic to this caller’s plight, but also because I had heard similar words spoken by others over the past few weeks. He then asked, “When will this end?” Then he posed this question; “When will we see what you and others have said and written that will begin to happen bringing some sanity to all we are going through?” I responded with words spoken before to stand firm; keep the faith; hold on to the truth that God has not abandoned the United States, nor His church, or the people of the world. I reminded him, that much is taking place, unlike what you see on TV.

Habakkuk in the Old Testament was asking his own set of questions. “How long, O Lord, must I call for help? But you do not listen! Violence is everywhere! I cry, but you do not come to save. Must I forever see these evil deeds? Why must I watch all this misery? Wherever I look, I see destruction and violence. I am surrounded by people who love to argue and fight. The law has become paralyzed, and there is no justice in the courts. The wicked far outnumber the righteous, so that justice has become perverted.” (Hab. 1:2-4)

Consider with me if Habakkuk was living today, he would no doubt be expressing to God about the evil deeds taking place on planet earth. “Violence, evil deeds, destruction, people who love to argue and fight, courts who have become paralyzed, no justice in the courts, and the wicked seemingly outnumbering the righteous.” If Habakkuk ‘were’ living today, he would be in possession of the complete Bible…Old and New Testament…and I believe the response from the Lord back to Habakkuk would be SOMETHING like this.

‘I remind you that in the Bible you have, the miracle of Creation; the miracle of the Flood; the miracle of the plagues on Egypt; the miracle of the burning bush; the miracle of the Red Sea; the miracle of walls of Jericho falling; and the miracle of the Sun standing still. Then there were the ‘miracles in David and Solomon’s lives; the miracle of Elijah and Elisha; and then it would take a volume in itself to fully expound on all facets of the supernatural miracles found in the book of Psalms.’

‘If you need more Habakkuk, recall the miracles in the Gospel that began with the miracle of Zacharias recognizing the God, Man, Jesus child; later the miracle of Jesus in the wilderness; the catch of fish; the leper being healed; the Centurion’s servant healed; and don’t forget about the Gadarene demoniac, and Jairus’ daughter that was healed. Then there was the miracle of the woman with a 12-year issue of blood who was healed; the miracle of feeding the 5000, and the 4000, and the miracle of Peter walking on the water. Then I remind you there were many, many more that took place, and now hear this! The miracles that were done were no more difficult for Me than those I have always done, and are doing today! Much is taking place, unlike what you see on TV!’

Recall my words to “Look around at the nations; look and be amazed! For I am doing something in your own day, something you wouldn’t believe even if someone told you about it. But they are deeply guilty, for their own strength is their god. Will you let them get away with this forever? Will they succeed forever in their heartless conquests?’” (Hab. 1:5, 11b, 17)

“What sorrow awaits you who build big houses with money gained dishonestly! You believe your wealth will buy security, putting your family’s nest beyond the reach of danger. What sorrows awaits you who build cities with money gained through murder and corruptions. Has not the Lord of Heaven’s Armies promised that the wealth of nations will turn to ashes? They work so hard, but all in vain! For as the waters fill the sea, the earth will be filled with an awareness of the glory of the Lord.” (Hab. 2:9; 12-14).

Coming soon attraction! We are about to see supernatural miracles take place that will allow once more for all people on earth to see the Supernatural of Almighty God taking place, and then, what may be the last opportunity available to make a choice between believing God and His ways, or, choosing one’s own destiny believing the on-going lies of the evil one!

This is an exciting time to be alive! Stand your ground! Stay in faith! Don’t doubt! God has never failed you, nor will He now!
